Holografyx is proud to be part of the Tectoria Innovation Station located at the Arrivals Rotunda of the Victoria International Airport (YYJ).
Holografyx contributed to the project with three 7022 showcases that invites the airport’s visitors to travel through time to the starting point of the tech companies in the Greater Victoria area. It is a portal to the history of flight and ship-building industries with videos that explain in very creative way how things happened in the past.
The Tectoria Innovation Station wants to acknowledge the long history of innovation and entrepreneurship from the tech sector in Vancouver Island.
The visitors can learn interesting facts like how the Island has produced more than 100 aircraft since 1970, Victoria tech sector has over 885 companies offering 23.000 jobs, and that our biggest trees are up to 800 years old.
Airport offers this free journey to tourist and locals alike and it will allow them to know more about our history and our present.
